The Prospect Tracker

The Prospect Tracker has been created to help businesses manage relationships with prospective customers and clients over long periods.

If your business has a long sales cycle — i.e. it's typically several months between initial contact with a prospect and when they become a customer — how well you keep track of previous contacts and keep in touch has a major impact on customer acquisition and retention rates.

To do the job well, you need some way to track what you've done already and what you need to do next.

The Prospect Tracker does that.

It also provides an easy-to-use tool to send individual emails and letters, or to distribute an email newsletter.

You can import data from common file formats (spreadsheets, tab-delimited etc). User-editable menus allow you to set up the Prospect Tracker with categories and action steps which you already use in your business.

The Prospect Tracker comes with a pre-set user password (which you can change) which allows you access to its full functionality. To protect confidential information, data entry staff have access only to a data entry window.

The software can also be customised by us to provide additional functionality if you require.

Minimum system requirements

The Prospect Tracker is distributed as a run-time Filemaker Pro solution. This means you don't need to buy a separate application to run it. It runs on almost all computer systems:

The minimum Windows system requirements are:

- Windows: 98, Me, XP, 2000 Professional, NT 4.0 (with SP6)

- Intel-compatible Pentium 90 or higher

- At least 32 Mb RAM

- At least 210 Mb free hard disk space

- CD drive or a fast Internet connection to cope with a large download (3.6 Mb to 10 Mb depending on file compression).

- Winzip or similar file decompression utility

The minimum Macintosh requirements are:

- Mac OS 8.6 or later (including OS X)

- G3 or G4 processor

- At least 32 Mb RAM

- CD drive or a fast Internet connection

- Sufficient hard disk space for the solution and extensions (less than 1 Mb)
