Research participants: results download page

This page is especially for participants in the customer/ client feedback research conducted for The Marketing Coach by Vitality Research Ltd.

Two reports can be downloaded as pdfs (see download instructions below):

1. "How Small and Medium Businesses Obtain Customer Feedback" - Vitality Research's report on the results. Right-click on the file link and select Save Target As . . . to download to disk (Mac users should click and hold on the link, then select Download Link To Disk from the pop-up menu)

How to download and open these documents:

Step 1	To open and read the .pdf file, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have this free software, click on the image to download it.
Step 2	"Right mouse click" the links below. A menu like this will open.
Step 3	In the menu, click "Save Target As...". This will bring up a menu for your desktop that allows you to save the file to your desktop or any folder that you wish. Mac users should click and hold on the link, then select Download Link To Disk from the pop-up menu.
Step 4	Once you've downloaded the file, go to the folder where you saved it and double-click the file to open it. This will automatically launch Adobe Acrobat Reader and display the document.
