Marketing Coach phone consultations are intended to help you if you are facing an immediate marketing challenge in your service business.

You may have found articles in the Resources section or Marketing Coach special reports contained particularly relevant concepts — but you need to know how to implement these concepts in your business.

In all these circumstances, you need a sounding board which can provide an external perspective and valuable marketing guidance. This sounding board needs to be independent of staff, colleagues, friends and family — and experienced in what works for a service business.

Marketing Coach phone consultations provide this throughout New Zealand, Australia, the Pacific, and North America. This is how a Phone Consultation works:

1. You contact me to arrange a suitable time for a Phone Consultation. This can be outside normal business hours if you wish.

2. I call you at the pre-arranged time. Each Phone Consultation may take up to one hour. Additional consultations may be booked if required.

Added value

= To ensure you get the most from the Phone Consultation, you will receive an emailed Marketing Brief to complete and return before the consultation. This enables you to focus the consultation on strategic and tactical aspects, rather than having to spend the time briefing me on details. You can also send marketing material, drafts, or specify pages of a website to be reviewed.

= Phone Consultations are recorded so you don't have to take notes. You will find you pick up further ideas when you listen to the recording. The recording will be converted to streaming audio which you can access with your own password in the Members section of marketingcoach.co.nz. There is no extra charge for this.

Confidentiality is guaranteed. Information and material which you provide to The Marketing Coach will not be shared with other parties, either immediately or at any time in the future.

Your investment

Phone Consultations are NZ$195 — approx A$179, US$139 (includes GST for New Zealand clients). Payment by secure credit card gateway is required when a consultation is booked. You can save on these rates by paying in your own currency. New Zealand clients may pay by Direct Credit (NZ$190 including GST).
