You're trying to attract more clients or customers, as well as operate the business day-to-day. To cope with this you need a system to keep those clients and customers coming in and coming back. Preferably a system that doesn't cost a fortune or absorb all of your time. That system is called Marketing. As an independent professional or a small business owner, you need to control the system yourself. To get your marketing system running right, you need guidance, a sounding-board for ideas, and expert "how to" advice. Individual Coaching with The Marketing Coach has been developed to provide those key elements in a way that is relevant, deliverable, and affordable. What coaching includes = A 60-minute coaching call each week (I call you at my expense) = Unlimited email. You can use this to ask questions, seek feedback, or have material reviewed. I try to respond to all emails within 24 hours. = Access to my Contact Book. You might want to use a marketing services supplier (e.g. graphic designer, printer) near you, or make contact with someone in your industry on the other side of the world. I have multiple networks and like to be able to put them to good use. What is NOT included We keep the programme affordable by cutting out the things which make accessing advice expensive. We don't include any of these: = Travel to and from your premises I don't come to you and you don't need to come to me = Meetings there is no bigger thief of time from the working day than meetings. For some people they are unavoidable, but Individual Coaching eliminates them entirely. Instead, our contact will be by phone (I will call you at a pre-arranged time) and email. That may sound remote and kind of scary, but once you get used to it you'll be surprised how focused it becomes and how much you get done as a result. = Tasks you can do yourself this is the key point-of-difference of Individual Coaching. Marketing agencies take your problem away and solve it for you. We teach you the basics and guide you as you do it yourself. Why pay someone else for something you could do yourself? This do-it-yourself approach is what makes Individual Coaching affordable and effective. You remain in control and upskill yourself as you develop and implement a plan tailored to your business. While you pay only for recommendations and coaching, that doesn't mean you can't employ my services if you wish. Sometimes it makes sense to use an expert while you do what you do best. If you wish me to complete some tasks instead of doing them yourself, that can be arranged at a cost we will agree in advance. Your commitment I recommend at least a three-month commitment to Individual Coaching. There are several reasons for this: You will need time to get to grips with new activities and concepts You will need time to set up the measurement systems which will be recommended You will need time to assess results and make adjustments. The coaching will be tailored to your needs and the needs of your business. It will advance at a pace which you are comfortable with.
