Is the Coach’s Notebook email newsletter no longer getting through to you — there could be a million reasons, but here’s the two most common:

= You have changed your email address and forgotten to let me know. Just go here to re-subscribe.

= An anti-spam system is preventing the mail from getting through. If you have a spam filter on your computer, you work in an organisation which has a blocking system, or your ISP does, check it is accepting email from marketingcoach.co.nz then re-subscribe.

How to contact me

1. The Email Form is my preference. It will reach me where-ever I happen to be and I will respond to you personally. If you contact me through the form, your name and details will NOT be added to any email list. Check the Privacy Policy for details.

2. Telephone. This is best if you have lots to ask or discuss. However, workload and travel mean I am not able to take every call personally. Please leave a message or use the email form to confirm a time. If you are calling internationally, please call between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm weekdays New Zealand time (we like to say we’re well ahead of the rest of the world – in reality GMT plus 12 hours). Here's a quick check on the current NZ time. Please call on +64-9-426 6664.

3. Post. The “snail mail” always gets through: The Marketing Coach, PO Box 590, Orewa, Hibiscus Coast, New Zealand, 0946.

Please don’t email me if you’re in any of these categories:

= You want to alert me to a virus “threat” you have just been told about. First check the hoax list.

= You think I might be interested in your email newsletter or commercial email. While I am a student of the ezine discipline, there is a limit to the number I can read. If you are a client you will already know my advice is to build your distribution list solely on an opt-in basis.

= You have a “business opportunity” for me (including website optimisation, link-building, or SEO services). No thanks.

= You’re a scammer, spammer, or email harvester. Please don’t bother.

= You’re a student looking for marketing examples or project material. Please feel free to browse the site, but be aware the entire content is copyright and has been indexed by internet anti-plagiarism services such as turnitin.com
